Payment Methods and Instructions for Obtaining the Contract
Contract payment can be made in two ways:
Pay at any bank by presenting the contract and your passport.
Payment can be made via apps such as Payme, Click, and others. To do this, go to the “Payment to Budget” section within the app, fill in the required fields, and complete the payment. Please remember that when paying through these apps, each student must specify their last name and first name, contract number, and year of study.
Contract Payment Deadlines
Starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, the payment deadlines for applicants recommended for admission on a contract basis to state higher educational institutions of the Republic, as well as for current students, are established as follows:
At least 25% of the established amount must be paid by applicants recommended for admission by September 15, 2024, or within the period established by the State Commission for Admission to Educational Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and by students of the second and subsequent years – by October 1, 2024, or by the extended deadline set by the rector (director) of the university;
At least 50% of the established amount must be paid by January 1, 2025, 75% — by March 1, 2025, and 100% — by May 1, 2025, or by the extended deadline set by the rector (director) of the university.
This procedure is advisory for state higher educational institutions that have been granted financial independence.
To obtain the contract, the following steps must be taken:
For upperclassmen:
Log in to the Shartnoma.edu.uz website and complete the registration.
After registering in the personal account, navigate to the “Request for Contract” section.
In this section, each student’s contract is generated automatically, and you simply need to download it. If the contract is missing, an application is submitted following the instructions above. The application is reviewed by the accounting department within 2 working days and approved. Afterward, the approved contract can be downloaded in the “Request for Contract” section of the personal account.
